International Foundation’s E-learning Courses Approved for Continuing Education Credit

Brookfield, Wisconsin (PRWEB) November 9, 2006 -- Continuing education credit for insurance producers who complete International Foundation e-learning courses is now available in California, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, Tennessee, and Washington.

Individuals holding an insurance license in these states can earn up to four hours of continuing education credit after successfully completing the course and the corresponding 50 question exam. The course and exam are both available online.

Approval in additional states is pending. Credit hours and filing procedures vary by state.

These self-paced internet-based courses offer quality training 24 hours a day, seven days a week in both introductory and specialized areas of employee benefits and compensation topics.

Specialized topic courses include:
•Medicare Part D
•HSAs and HRAs
•HIPAA Security Rule Basics

•Introduction to Health Care and Group Benefit Plans
•Introduction to Retirement Plans
•Introduction to Compensation
